About Me
I am a Coast Guard veteran who has been practicing yoga for about 5 years, and teaching since 2018. I received my RYT 200 from VETOGA, which allowed me to deepen my practice, and learn how to best serve veterans and civilians with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and physical limitations. I specialize in yin yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. All of my services can be tailored to your individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
